In a post-apocalyptic world, Chris must choose between saving her sick sister Sam's life or the life of a stranger she injures while scavenging for medicine, a choice the siblings grapple with when the stranger becomes infected with the same illness as Sam and there is only one vial of medicine left, forcing them into an ethical argument over who gets the medicine...
